Best places for a family of 7 (4 of which are teens) in the Western US?

We would like to take an RV trip to see some national parks in the west, but are unsure of where to go. Our oldest, is WAY into photography, the middle is a 'girly girl', the next one can't go anywhere without her cell phone or iPod, and the two youngest are adventure seeking video gamers. My husband can't do a lot of walking due to a foot injury, and I enjoy beaches. We have 7-10 days for this vacation and would like to be able to eat out once in awhile. I hope this is enough information.

Try Southern California. You're close enough to the big city for the girls but also close enough to nature that you can enjoy taking pictures and just sitting around and enjoying the natural beauty that SoCal offers.
